Parental Consent

I understand that I or a designated adult must pick up my child(ren) BEFORE 9:00p.m, preferably between 8:30 and 9:00. Failure to do so will forfeit our family from using FF in the future.

Cost consent

I agree to pay $2 - $3 per child to cover basic food and materials expense

Photography consent

FF has my permission to photograph the minors above for any lawful purpose associated with promoting First Friday.
